1. The white T-shirt
The foundation of everything. Under an open shirt, under a sweater, or on its own with jeans. The secret is in the fabric: cotton that’s thick enough to hang straight and won’t become see-through after the third wash. 2. The Oxford shirt
The shirt that goes with everything: to the office with wool pants, on the weekend with jeans, and with the sleeves rolled up in the summer. The Oxford fabric has a slightly rustic texture that makes it less formal than poplin. Ralph is woven in Portugal from a thick 175 g/m² Oxford fabric made of organic cotton, making it suitable for wearing as both a shirt and an overshirt.
3. A Soft Shirt for Fall
When temperatures drop, we swap out the Oxford fabric for brushed cotton. Same cut, but with a peach-fuzz texture and extra warmth. That's what Mel and Hugh are all about—our brushed cotton shirts, currently available for pre-order.
4. The wool sweater
A good wool sweater ensures you’ll stay warm without feeling stuffy. Choose one in a neutral color that goes with the rest of your capsule wardrobe. Marvin is knitted from extra-fine merino wool in a thick gauge (gauge 7) that preserves the merino’s natural softness.
5. The sweatshirt

6. Raw denim

7. The second pair of pants, made of velvet

8. The overshirt
