Ralph, the American Oxford!
Oxford fabric is for every day of your life. It goes with everything. At the weekend, with a chino, jeans, a swimming costume... during the week, a little more dressed up to go to work with wool trousers, a suit... in short, if you don't like to take too much trouble with style, it's a safe bet!
It was at the very beginning of the adventure, we were talking about the products we would like to develop and the first thing we thought of was the oxford shirt.
We thought we would do it under several conditions: organic cotton, exceptional thickness and made in a family workshop from A to Z. We have to admit that we are rather proud of the result, Ralph is clearly a forlife product.
And above all, Ralph is part of our approach to always offer you iconic, responsible pieces, produced without overproduction and at the right price.
Cheers,
Lucas & Séverin
An oxford fabric made of 100% organic cotton, specially developed forlife!
The details
Warp and weft
What is special about oxford fabric? It's the special weave of two different types of yarns - warp and weft - which gives it that grain effect and solidity that we love!
The ideal weight
Our oxford shirt has a weight of 175gr/m2, which is thicker than most oxford shirts on the market! This is what gives it that perfect fit and allows you to wear it as a shirt or an overshirt.
Made in forlife
The fabric for this shirt was designed especially for us! We were looking for a nice oxford fabric with a specific weight but our fabric supplier Somelos didn't offer it in organic cotton, so they developed it for us!
Perfect fit
A casual cut , fitted but comfortable, easy to wear for any occasion!
