There are some pieces you might not notice at first glance, but once you’ve added them to your wardrobe, you can’t live without them. The quilted vest definitely falls into this category.
It's the kind of item you grab on your way out, without giving it much thought… and that ends up staying on the back of the chair. Unobtrusive, but always useful.
Wear it under a jacket when the temperature drops, to add a layer without weighing down your look. Or simply as a top layer, over a sweatshirt or shirt, when you need warmth but don't need a puffer jacket.
Practical, versatile, straightforward.
As is often the case at forlife, the idea came from a very practical need: to stay warm without looking like the Michelin Man.
We wanted a lightweight, comfortable, easy-to-wear vest with just the right amount of insulation. So we chose a French wool blended with lightweight batting, to retain heat without adding unnecessary bulk.
The two-way zipper does the rest: freedom of movement, comfort, and a real bonus for everyday life.
Made in Portugal in a family-run workshop, Dustin checks all the boxes that matter to us: high-quality materials, meticulous craftsmanship, and a piece designed to last.

What makes a quality wool sheet is also and above all its draper; our wool sheet comes from Jules Tournier, a French draper recognized as a living heritage company. This family workshop of excellence has been spinning and weaving wool since 1865 and controls all stages of production, from the choice of raw materials to the finished fabric.
The detail that makes the difference
The two-way zipper allows you to open the vest from the top or the bottom. It offers greater freedom of movement and optimal comfort, even when worn under a jacket or while sitting.

A well-balanced cut, designed to be worn on its own or under a jacket. Made in Portugal, with a lightweight padding and a 100% cotton lining for optimal everyday comfort.

WEAVING : JULES TOURNIER, France
Our woolen cloth comes from Jules Tournier, a French clothier located in the Tarn. This family workshop of excellence has been spinning and weaving wool since 1865 and controls every step of the manufacturing process, from the choice of the raw material to the finished fabric.
THE CONSTRUCTION : CARJOBEL, Portugal
The manufacturing is done at Carjobel, our Portuguese partner specialized in high quality jackets and coats.
CERTIFICATIONS :
Our coat is certified MULESING-FREE, which guarantees the well-being of the sheep and the respect of the pastures. Daniel is certified GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), which guarantees respect for the environment and working conditions.

We do not split orders.If your order includes items with different delivery dates,we will ship the entire order as soon as all your items are available (the same applies if your order contains an item in stock and an item on backorder).

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Order without fear, returns are free (except for international orders)! If the product does not suit you, you have 14 days from its reception to send it back to us. Your product must be in its original condition with all its brand labels.
If you choose to return your product fora store credit, we will issue you a credit code forthe amount you paid for the product when you placed your order.
If you select "return withcash on delivery," the shipping costs will be deducted from your order refund. You will receivethe amount for the returned itemwithin 3 to 5 business days after our logistics partner has processed the return, to the account used for the original payment.
For any return made beyond the 14 days following the reception of the part, we will propose you directly a credit. Indeed the returns allow us to proceed to exchanges after the delivery of the parts. After 14 days, your product can no longer be used as an exchange and will unfortunately be stored unnecessarily.

Please note: You are responsible for the shipping costs for your exchange (€9 for Colissimo home delivery and €5 for Mondial Relay pickup points).

If the size doesn't fit, you can always ask us for an exchange or a refund.
If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
At forlife. no pressure, you can test before approving.
We work our products and so we announce serenely that you will be satisfied or refunded.
If the cut, the color, the size or the material does not correspond to your expectations we assure you that you can return the room within 2 weeks (14 days).
Upon receipt of this one, returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition of resale, we will proceed to the refund.
- Composition: 100% wool from Argentine sheep.
- Care: dry clean only. We advise you to have your coat dry cleaned. Do not put in machine or dryer.

The preorder principle allows us to avoid overproduction and waste. The production minima of fabrics and factories are particularly important in the calculation of our objectives. In order for the parts to be launched into production, we must reach these minimums.
