WHY
Two years ago, J-F our industrial partner in India came to our office and introduced us to his workshop specialized in leather where each craftsman makes the piece from A to Z. We were seduced by the approach, but above all as entrepreneurs we thought that in the trade we should sell this at a very high price, that we would end up selling it as a special offer so that in the end it would totally devalue the craftsman's work. So we decided to launch our pre-order leather sale on Kickstarter and you were more than 500 to order: forlife. was born!

OUR COMMITMENTS
After 7 years in fashion, we are convinced of one thing: we have to put an end to overproduction. We've been through the vicious circle of stocks, unsold items, promos and waste, and we told ourselves that we didn't want to tell our children this story. Our mission at forlife is to produce exactly what you order. This is the reason why we don't do sales, the reason why you have to wait 2 months and sometimes even more to receive your order! But I promise, your patience is rewarded
N°2 _ PRODUCE LESS BUT BETTER
Every year, 60,000 tons of clothing are thrown away in France. We are not very proud to say that we are part of the second most polluting industry in the world, but we want to change things. At forlife, we have set ourselves the goal of making products for life, pieces that will accompany you over the years and that you will pass on to your brothers, your cousins, your son...
We also choose to use as many responsible and natural materials as possible to limit our footprint. For example, we prefer organic cotton for our PAUL sweaters, our Ralph shirts and our MARLON t-shirts.
It is also important for us to tell you about the people behind your clothes, because behind each of your pieces there is a name, a face, and hands. Our experience in fashion has allowed us to build relationships of trust with our partner workshops, to ensure that they share the same human values and commitments as we do: to respect people as well as the planet.
N°3 _ PRODUCE AT THE RIGHT PRICE
Because having quality and responsible clothing should not be a luxury, we produce without intermediaries and in pre-order to offer you the fairest price. We detail in all transparency our prices for each product, and we keep a healthy margin that allows us to invest and grow our brand!
WHAT'S THE PRE-ORDER?
Working for more responsible consumption is at the heart of our concept based on pre-ordering which allows us to avoid overproduction and waste.
The principle of pre-order is that your product is not yet produced!
We start the production of your parts in our workshops once the sale is over!
The advantage is:

Economical: no middleman, no stock, that's what allows us to offer you the fairest price for great quality!
The counterpart, we grant you, is that you have to wait an average of 2 months before receiving your order! But I promise, your patience is rewarded!
