France :

COLISSIMO > Delivery fees in France are 5€ whatever the number of pieces you buy.

Mondial Relay > Delivery fees in France are 5€ whatever the number of pieces you buy.

Paris: You can choose free collection directly from our concierge service at 5, rue Froissart 75003! It's more environmentally friendly!

 

Outside France: The price of the delivery is calculated according to the weight of the order and the destination. 

Delivery times

The principle of pre-ordering is that your product is not yet produced! We start the production of your parts in our workshops once the sale is completed. This avoids overproduction and waste, and allows us to offer you the best price. On the other hand, you have to wait an average of 3 months before receiving your order! But we promise that your patience will be rewarded! You can find our delivery times on the product page.

Returns, exchanges and refunds:

Order without fear, returns are free! If the product is not to your liking, you have 14 days from receipt to send it back to us free of charge. Your product must be in its original condition with all its brand labels. Exchanges are possible within the limit of customer returns, as we only produce what we sell we do not have any stock. 

For all exchange or return requests, simply fill in this form and follow the instructions! 

For exchanges, we will take care of the return of your package, but you will be charged for sending your exchange (5 euros, the price of a colissimo).
