Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the products. We announce for each product a delivery window between 2 and 4 months.

Of course! During the whole sale period you can come and try the products in the Cuisse de Grenouille shop at 5, rue froissart 75003. We will be delighted to welcome you and help you choose the shape, size and colour of your next forlife product.

Our products normally cut, we advise you to take your usual size. To help you, you can go to the size Guide developed for each product. If you have any doubts, write to us at hello@forlife-paris.com, we will be delighted to help you.

As long as the sale is still in progress, you can change your order by sending us an email at hello@forlife-paris.com. Once the sale is complete you can no longer change your order.

At forlife, we only produce references purchased by our customers. Do not hesitate to send us your request by specifying the reference, the size and the color of which you dream, the return of another customer is always possible.

Once the payment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with the summary of your order. If you have not received an email, feel free to take a look in your spam and contact us if needed.

We accept credit card payments via our ultra-secure partner Stripe.

You will be debited at the time you place the order. Then we will make every effort to have you delivered in the time window advertised on the product page.

If your payment has not been successful, please do not hesitate to return your order. Otherwise you can also try with another payment method. If you still can't validate, email us at hello@forlife-paris.com and we'll help you find a solution.
