In July, it's corduroy!

This month, we promised you, corduroy is in the spotlight! After the launch of our Charles trousers, we present you

George, the velvet overshirt

George is a corduroy version of our Rodney overshirt: the casualness of the overshirt mixed with the elegance of corduroy. Our overshirts have been tested and approved by the team, who took the opportunity to play the game! Gentlemen, we warn you that your girlfriends will steal them ;)

We make the introductions 

The cut is the same as our Rodney twill overshirts: it has the same codes as a shirt, but more relaxed, with an ease pleat in the back for more comfort. But it differs from our Rodney overshirt in that it has a fluid fabric and a lighter weight, so it can be worn as an overshirt or a light jacket, over a t-shirt or a jumper, or even as a shirt next to the skin! 

Which size to choose?

We advise you to take your usual size, or the size below if you are between 2 sizes! Lucas, Séverin, Nico and Hugo from the forlife team played the game to show you how it looks on "real people " 😅 but also on different morphologies :)

A Franco-Portuguese collaboration

Our fabric comes from Velcorex, a French company that has existed since 1828 and specialises in velvet. Our overshirts will be made at Brunex in Portugal, our long-standing partner for all things shirt-related: it is the company that makes your Ralph, Hugh, Andrew shirts, etc., a sure bet!

4 bright shades

4 bright shades, easy to match: a cream (cream!), an olive green for a change from khaki, a navy blue (the classic) and a beautiful cognac!
