Richie, the jersey polo
Richie is a jersey polo that will be with you all year round! Our reinterpretation of this iconic shirt in a jersey fabric, more casual and less formal than its classic cotton piqué version. Available in 2 versions: short sleeves and long sleeves, so you can wear it all year round!
But first, let us tell you its story
Polo arrived in France, the capital of fashion, in the 20th century... on the tennis courts! And you all know its precursor! Come on, we'll give you a hint: "yet far from a swampy ground, it's a charming animal that accosts it..."
And yes! It is indeed a little crocodile, tenacious and ready to do anything to stay on the court that innovates ;)
As you may have guessed, Jean-René Lacoste is inspired by the Polo-shirt and adapts it for more comfort, fluidity and lightness that will allow him to win his 5th set easily! The magic recipe reinforces the collar so that it stops flying at the rhythm of his movements, and ventilates the cotton to sweat as little as possible, wait ... you have to stay chic in all circumstances!
Let's talk good, let's talk Richie
Both sober and timeless, it is more dressy than a t-shirt while combining comfort and elegance! 2 versions will be available: a long sleeve and a short sleeve to adapt to all temperatures.
Material We chose a jersey, a knitted fabric, which we love for its comfort and its casual style ! We opted for a weight of 200g/m2, 100% organic cotton certified OEKO-TEX, that's a little less thick than ourIt's a bit thinner than our Marlon t-shirt, to be lighter when it's hot!
As for the cut: we have chosen a classic, fitted but comfortable cut , as for our Marlon t-shirts. You will see that the sleeves are a little longer and the armhole is a little more comfortable for a relaxed style and total freedom of movement!
And we've added a chest pocket for the casual, sporty feel that this polo shirt is all about!
As for the finishing touches, you'll find 3 mother-of-pearl buttons, a half-moon reinforcement in the back, reinforcing bartacks on the sides to ensure maximum solidity! And of course a nice polo neck for style.
You can choose between three colours: navy blue, cream and khaki .
Elegant and casual at the same time , the jersey polo shirt is an all-rounder: it can be adapted to many situations.
In a casual look, it will go very well with your jeans, shorts and chinos for all seasons. And for a dressier look, it can be worn alone or with a suit jacket, as the collar adds a sophisticated touch!

Our Richie polo shirts are knitted and assembled in Portugal at Vipaltex and ATB, our Portuguese partner workshops. They will be produced just for you in pre-order and at a fair price of 39 euros (short sleeves) and 49 euros (long sleeves).
