Marty, the reversible down jacket!

When we started thinking about your pieces for this winter, we immediately thought of a down jacket. We wanted a garment that was both technical, but still stylish and adapted to our urban lifestyles and our fast-paced lives. And we can say it, it's probably the piece we're most proud of this year! We present to you :

Marty, the reversible down jacket.

Warm, light, waterproof, practical and responsible: this is the down jacket that ticks all the boxes. We tell you everything 👇

REVERSIBLE: 2 STYLES, 2 ATMOSPHERES

Adapting to our fast-paced lives... To be able to use it on many different occasions, we wanted Marty to be reversible!

A smooth side for an outdoor style: with its waterproof zipped pockets, it is your ideal companion for your escapades in the wilderness or your urban strolls.
A quilted side for a more chic style, ideal for going golfing with your father-in-law, or simply for everyday life.

WARM, LIGHT & PRACTICAL

With its wadding padding, our Marty down jacket is 6 times warmer than a simple sweater. You can wear it on its own in mid-season and we've made it ultra-light so you can slip it under a heavy coat in winter .

As well as keeping you warm, Marty will keep you dry: our down jacket is waterproof. The outer fabric comes from Olmetex, an Italian factory specialising in technical coatings. The cuffs are elasticated to prevent water from seeping in, and there is a drawstring at the waist to prevent water or cold from getting inside.

And above all, Marty is extremely practical: a storage pocket is integrated directly into the jacket, so you can put it away in less than 10 seconds.

MADE FROM RECYCLED WATER BOTTLES!

To make a good down jacket, you need a good insulator. In addition to being one of the most effective on the market, ours is responsible. It is a 100% recycled polyester wadding from plastic bottles from Primaloft, a reference in terms of performance in the field of synthetic insulation. An alternative to down, more respectful of animals and the environment. Thanks to this innovative technology, in 2020 Primaloft saved over 430 million plastic bottles from the oceans and landfills!

MARTY AT ALL COSTS

Marty is made in Portugal by Toptuxedo, the specialists in technical coatings for outdoor sports and field jobs (firemen, fishermen, etc.). They are the ones who make your Tony mackintosh!

An exceptional product means an exceptional price. Marty costs us 103 euros per piece to produce. This is the price to pay for a quality, responsible product made by the greatest specialists in technical coatings. It was important to us that our down jacket remained affordable, so we made a real effort to offer it to you at 149 euros including tax .

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I TAKE?

Marty fits true to size, so we advise you to take your usual size! To help you, you can find our size guide here

And if you want to see and try them in real life, our down jackets are already available for fitting at forlife at 14 rue Froissart, Paris 3rd arrondissement!

It's a big one, but if I may say so, it would have been a two-colour version with a navy/khaki front and a sleeveless waistcoat...

Hello, you don't mention the ventilation of your down jacket. It seems to me that this is an important element to take into account with synthetic fabrics. Thank you for your feedback.
